Philanthropy

OUR PHILANTHROPIC MISSION & VISION

At RAC, we recognize people are the force that moves us. We know that farm workers play a fundamental role in our company, in the agricultural sector and in society in general. Farm workers are essential in helping bring food to families and are therefore indispensable in supporting the food security of the world. This is why at RAC we are proud of our philanthropic mission:

Mission

To provoke enduring changes in the quality of
life of the farmworker community by catalyzing
partnerships that improve education and health.

Vision

Farmworker families are proudly
living healthy and fulfilling lives as valued
members of our communities.

In every region where we operate, we have a philanthropy committee who is responsible for reviewing, understanding and selecting projects to support. Our committees adhere to guidelines and strategies established by a philanthropy steering committee and have the support of our company’s philanthropy department.
