RAC’s Internship program allows college students and recent college graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience in the Berry Farming industry. Our goal is to develop and prepare our next generation leaders both in Mexico and in our United States operations. Our program gives students a unique opportunity to grow in a bicultural work environment, while gaining valuable perspectives on global business operations. Graduating students may be recruited for full-time employment with RAC based on their contributions and development during their internship.
